Multiple folded frame tutorial (PSP)

June 10, 2008 at 19:07 (Tutorials)

Open a fairly wide new canvas and draw a rectangle using a preset shape, foreground set to colour of choice, background closed off.

Duplicate as many times as the number of frames you want and keep them on separate layers. You can now add any effects you want to (I prefer to do the effects separately for each frame so they don’t come out identical, which takes a bit longer).

Select the first frame with your Pick tool, hold down the Shift key, find the node in the middle of the right side (circled with yellow) and move the frame upward. Adjust – Sharpness – Sharpen.

Go to the second frame, find the node in the middle of the left side, and move upward to the same point as the first frame. Adjust – Sharpness – Sharpen.

Repeat for the other frames.

Move the frames beside each other, merge visible, add a perspective shadow and you’re done!

Have fun!
